Life happens, we get it!

A CC is required for all Full Sets prior to booking an appointment,

Please give at a minimum 24 hours notice by phone, voicemail, text, or email to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

REfunds

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us & we will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfation.

QUICK FIX

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported to The Lash Boutique within 48 hours. If there was a product malfunction, we will do our best to get you in for one complimentary quick fix. Must be reported within 48 hrs.

 

late arrival

We can only perform services within your original plotted appointment time. Appointments that start late will still finish at their scheduled end time or may be cancelled and rescheduled. Full price of your original appointment value will be charged.

Lash Aftercare

Clients who fail to follow our aftercare guidelines will no longer be accepted for appointments. We cannot be held responsible for the longevity of your lashes if you aren’t following proper protocol.

*Must arrive with no makeup on

*Must not drink caffeine prior to appointment

*No water on lashes for 24 hours following application

*Must cleanse with proper lash cleanser after sweating/working out

*NO oils! Makeup, eye creams, cleansers, moisturizers, must all be oil free.

*Must not pick or pull or touch the extensions

*Must not sleep on your face

*Must avoid steam or high heat
